Hours: Part time 20-25 hours per week.

Salary: £20,000 per annum Full time equivalent. Pro Rata to part time hours.

Location: Central Manchester

Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing estates and facilities team responsible for covering 2 associated businesses across England and Northern Ireland. Firstly Armstrong Works a welfare to work and employability training provider and Access to Music, the UK’s leading music and media college.

The role of Estates/Facilities Administrator will be based from our central Manchester Head Office working directly with our Head of Estates and Assistant Estates Manager and is part time working between 20 – 25 hours per week. The hours worked can be flexible around the successful candidate however the preferred working pattern would be 4-5 hours per day Monday – Friday.

Job Role

To provide an efficient estates, facilities and health & safety administration service including a range of administrative and general office duties to support the smooth running of the Estates team. (Please download the Job Description below for full details of the duties and responsibilities)

The successful candidate will have:

To be successful in this role you will have very strong and proven administration skills, the ability to communicate and liaise effectively over the phone and a sound knowledge of excel and maintaining administrative systems. (Full person requirements detailed in the Job Description)
